Position: Senior Consultant – Assistant Manager| Financial Advisory Services
The Financial Advisory Services (FAS) Department is rapidly expanding and seeking to recruit dynamic and high calibre professionals at the levels of Senior Consultant - Assistant Manager, in our Limassol or Nicosia Office.

The Team
Our FAS practitioners provide, among others, the following services:
- Corporate Finance services
- Mergers & Acquisition Transaction services
- Valuation services
- Reorganisation & Restructuring services
- Forensic and Dispute advice
The Role
The successful candidates’ key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Participate in and provide support for projects such as valuations, mergers & acquisitions, buy-sell side advisory, business plans, feasibility studies, cash flow forecasts, business reviews, due diligence exercises and business / financial modelling
- Develop financial and analytical models
- Apply quality assurance, risk management, and confidentiality procedures in all areas of work performed
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree from a reputable university
- Currently pursuing or willing to obtain the ACA/ACCA/CFA professional qualification
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a professional services organization
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong report writing skills
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Excellent command of the English and Greek languages, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
